  • an excuse to binge eat like a pig because you’ve failed an exam.
  • an excuse to procrastinate.
  • going out with “friends” who refuse to accept that you are trying to heal yourself.
  • investing more emotions into a TV Series rather than your passions.
  • ignoring your family.
  • ignoring the voice inside your health that tells you to change your habits.
  • staying up late and waking up later.
  • not exercising because it's boring.
  • not understanding macronutrients and accepting the impact food has on your mental state.
  • an excuse not to prepare for the future in order to eliminate anxiety.
  • thinking highly of yourself because you have an addiction to motivational videos.
  • not turning a Social Media personality into your god.
  • abandoning your real God and throwing faith out the window.
  • putting all of your expectations into our society.
  • getting offended by everything and everyone.
  • not realizing that your deficit is reflected in not being able to communicate properly; change that.
  • you will probably be dead within the next 40–60 years, reorganize your priorities.

And lastly:

NOT CHANGING YOURSELF TODAY!!!
